We are excited to partner FAI Farms for a Climate Farm Demo event showcasing how outwintering can be practically implemented to cut costs and reduce emissions. Since 2018, FAI has successfully outwintered its beef herd, refining grazing management and tackling one of the biggest challenges for livestock systems: water infrastructure. At the event, FAI will share their learnings alongside the findings from an AHDB/FAI study on the financial benefits of outwintering cattle. Additionally, their Sandy carbon audit from Trinity will highlight how the farm has achieved net zero status.
