DISARM

IfA are playing a key part in the DISARM (Disseminating Innovative Solutions for Antibiotic Resistance Management) project. DISARM is a collaboration between farmers, veterinarians, advisory services, academics and industry which aims to reduce antibiotic resistance by minimising the need for antibiotic use in livestock farming by focusing on disease prevention and animal health. The network will exchange innovative approaches between industries and countries to share best practice and promote prudent and responsible antibiotic use across the whole EU livestock sector.
