We are looking for an enthusiastic and willing individual to join our team this summer. Having previously supported students from Harper Adams, the RAU, Warwickshire University, Nottingham University and Reading, this exciting opportunity will provide the candidate with the chance to be part of our small but agile organisation.
The role would include gaining experience within a new project which will research practical and applicable methods for reducing emissions on farm, as well as supporting the team with a busy programme of events and workshops covering regenerative agriculture, soil health, and carbon sequestration. The individual will also have the opportunity to assist our marketing and communication team if they desire.
The individual should have a thorough understanding of agriculture, excellent grammatical and communication skills and the ability to think creatively and generate new ideas.
Please note that this will not be a paid role but all expenses will be covered and we hope that this could lead to further opportunities within the organisation for the right candidate. This will mainly be a home working role but the successful candidate is welcome to join us for monthly team meetings at Stoneleigh Park in Warwickshire (depending on Covid-restrictions), as well as having the the opportunity to join our team at agricultural shows and events, including Groundswell 2021. We will commit to ensuring that the individual develops the necessary skills and contacts to further develop their career.
